Overnight Shipping is not available at this time. Continental US shipping: excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Continental US standard is $5.95; if your order is $50 or more, however, standard shipping is FREE. Please allow 7 to 10 business days delivery.
If a packaged is refused and sent back 10% of the total price will be taken as a restocking fee. If you want the package sent to you again you will be charged to reship your packaged at our standard shipping price of $5.95.
Canada Standard is $19.95; however, if your order is $200 or more, standard shipping is FREE. Please allow 10 to 14 business days consolidation and delivery.
International shipping is billed at cost, if your order is less that $200; shipping if FREE, however, if your order is $200 or more. Please note that any customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 14 to 20 business days for delivery, depending upon the location.
Canadian and international orders:
Canadian and international orders are provided as a customer service. However, due to the complexities of international trade, returns and exchanges are not available on these orders.
Please note: The rates for shipping orders that include hazardous materials (such as fragrance) may be higher. For expedited shipping, please call our operators at 1-800-606-3435 to place your order. Virginia deliveries subject to $1.25 sales tax. Orders will be confirmed via email.

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to Virginia and Maryland.
In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied, products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Please contact Color Me Beautiful for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION or RA number at 1 (800) COLORME. Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number with your return, so we can contact you if necessary. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you return your item within 30 days within 30 days of purchase, and paid with a credit or debit card, and paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be applied to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, a full refund for the purchase price of the item will be applied to your PayPal account. Items may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to Color Me Beautiful outside of the returns window may not be returned to you. Exchanges: Color Me Beautiful charges $2.99 for return shipping and handling. Please include a check or contact us with a card number at 1 (800) COLORME.
We cannot ship an order to a P.O. Box. APO and FPO orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Note: Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked.
Price Changes/Product Availability/Out of Stocks
Prices and availability are subject to change. Occasionally, certain products may be discontinued, in these instances, you are entitled to a speedy refund.
If out of stock, we will immediately place your order on backorder. When your item becomes available, it will be automatically shipped to you.
Please be aware that there may be a slight variation in product shades and ingredients from time to time. Refer to the ingredient list on the product package you receive for the most up to date list of ingredients.

We have a satisfaction guarantee policy. If you’re not happy with anything you’ve ordered, return it to us within 30 days with your original receipt. We’ll be happy to refund your purchase amount or send a replacement product. Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets and not individual items. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds. Send the product back via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend FedEX or USPS). Contact Customer Service for return authorization. International orders are provided as a customer service, but due to the complexities of international trade, returns and exchanges are not available on international orders.
